It's been brought to my attention that
the Gundam novels were once available in English. If you were in the right place at the right time, you could have picked up those, a Dirty Pair or two, some anthologies... Not that the aggregate total of Japanese SF available in English is anything to write home about, but it sure beats what we've got today, which AFAIK is nada. Anyone know who the editor on those Gundams was? Methinks some lobbying in
Toronto is in order.
