Yeah, I saw that. But it's not really as dumb as all that. Pretty dumb if you're *not* in a chase with police, but if you are (and you're drunk, and you've seen all the movies) then just averagely dumb I'd say.

What really offends me is when people use level crossings as a suicide method (because you *can* cause a train accident, if it crashes into a car or van, vs say just jumping in front of the train).
