I saw two condos today in Piney Orchard— the first was the one I mentioned in the last post, and the second was one that was posted to MLS yesterday. The first was massive (1400 sf, 2/2), soaking tub in the master bathroom, cathedral ceiling with crown moulding, and assigned parking, needing only a paint job in the MBR and some decent countertops (this being a common deficiency in the Fort Meade area). The second was slightly smaller (1200 sf), but the kitchen just sucked. Decent otherwise, but for the prices they're going for...

I just called the FSBO owner and offered ask. We'll see where the bidding war ends up.

Dude. My brother lives near Piney Orchard. (He used to live in Autumn Ridge, as I recall.) It really is a small world, isn't it?
