With some of the 802.11 access points here, my laptop doesn't want to play nice. The error message is particularly helpful: "There was an error joining the AirPort network JAVAONE." It's working fine with Linux, so we've got a driver issue here, but the driver on OS X doesn't log anything whatsoever about this event. Must talk to the WWDC attendees and see if I can find whomever is in charge of AirPortDriver.
