I know people who know one of the coconspirators... and if he's responsible for any Make Penis Fast emails, he should be sentenced to death by every available method.

A superseding indictment was filed this week—here's a sample:

From at least in or about May 2004, and continuing to on or about September 20, 2005, in the Dallas division of the Northern District of Texas and elsewhere, defendant Sherman Ted Solomon, also known as Dr. Solomon, did knowingly and intentionally combine, conspire, confederate, and agree with others known and unknown to the Grand Jury, to commit the following offenses against the United States, namely, to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute, outside the scope of professional practice and not for a legitimate medical purpose, a controlled substance, that is:

1. at least 24 million dosage units of hydrocodone [Vicodin] [...];
2. at least 6 million dosage units of phentermine [Ionamin] [...]; and
3. at least 6 million dosage units of alprazolam [Xanax] [...]

The case is United States v. Saran et al., 3:05-cr-00240, in the Northern District of Texas. The trial is currently scheduled for 13 August 2007 at 0845.
